The AVerMedia EH Series are DVRs with a new perspective on video-

surveillance. They are the world's ﬁrst systems to fuse reliability with

eﬃciency, by integrating an embedded Linux Digital Video Recorder

(DVR) with a Graphical User Interface (GUI). The units are built with

Linux dependability for optimum DVR performance and consistent

delivery of high-quality surveillance video.

They are equipped with a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that mini-

mizes training time while maximizing user eﬀectiveness. The unprec-

edented visual layouts and intuitive controls oﬀered by the EH

Series, ensures that users can simply point-and-click to see who’s at

the front door, search through alarms for the week or take immedi-

ate command of an unraveling event!

Another key feature of the systems is the ability to adjust the frame

rates and resolution individually for each of the units’ 16 channels.

Using the new adjustable settings, vulnerable areas like entry ways,

can be set to real-time frame rates with D1 resolution while non-vital

areas are set to CIF resolution and lower frame rates.

Now the user, not the system, has control over bandwidth, storage

and image clarity!
